When a customer clicks on your affiliate link, we will store a cookie on their computer to track that they have come to the checkout page through your link.
If the customer purchases, this cookie will identify them, and will be used to attribute that sale to you.
We also pass on your affiliate ID to the URL that Zeky Enterprises Inc. has set up. They may use this information themselves and for more details, you can contact them directly.

By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms...
SECTION 1: DEFINITIONS
1.1) Any use of the word "summit" in this agreement refers specifically to the Cult Builders Live Summit that begins on November 14, 2022 and ends on November 18, 2022.
1.2) Any use of the word "vendor" in this agreement refers to Zeky Enterprises Inc.
SECTION 2: NATURE OF THE PARTNERSHIP
2.1) You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Zeky Enterprises Inc.
SECTION 3: COMMISSIONS & PAYMENT
3.1) You are eligible for payout of commissions earned once you have earned at least $100 USD.
3.2) Payment eligibility for each commission earned will be delayed by 30 days after the customer's payment date to account for any potential refunds.
3.3) Payouts will be made to you by Zeky Enterprises Inc., when applicable, by the end of the month where the payment becomes due, based on the terms laid out in this agreement. Payments to you will only be made if you have provided a suitable payment method through the ThriveCart affiliate platform by that time.
3.3) Commissions will be earned on sales referred, minus any refunds. You will earn commissions on the following products, when purchased through the Cult Builders Live Summit funnel: VIP All-Access Pass, Summit Sorcery, & Cash-Worthy Content. Any other products sold by Zeky Enterprises Inc., or products sold separately from the Cult Builders Live Summit, are not a part of this affiliate agreement.
3.4) Your default commission rate for products included in the Cult Builders Live Summit is 40% (unless otherwise stated, in the Affiliate Quick-Start Guide, for specific products in the funnel). This rate can be increased to 80% by upgrading to the summit's VIP All-Access Pass. If you cancel or refund your purchase of the VIP All-Access Pass, all commissions will be set back to the default rate of 40%, including commissions for sales already made before the cancelation and/or refund of the VIP All-Access Pass.
3.5) After someone clicks your affiliate link, they will be "sticky-cookied" to you for 90 days, to allow you to earn commissions if they make a purchase later during the current Cult Builders Live Summit campaign. However, Zeky Enterprises Inc. is not liable for any errors or failures in technology, or other causes, that prevent the cookie from properly being applied in the case where that happens.
3.5) In the case of multiple competing cookies, the affiliate commission will be awarded to the last affiliate whose link the customer clicked on before making a purchase.
3.6) You may not earn commissions on your own purchases.
3.7) You cannot encourage anyone to cancel and/or refund orders they've already placed in order to instead purchase through you. If someone has already purchased, cancels and/or refunds their previously existing purchase, then purchases again through you, you will not be awarded a commission for the sale.
3.8) You will not be awarded commissions for sales that were not made through your affiliate link, and/or were not tracked by the ThriveCart affiliate system. Zeky Enterprises Inc. reserves full rights to decide whether or not an unassigned commission should be assigned to you based on our own discretion, and we are under no legal obligation to assign and/or re-assign any unassigned commissions to you in any scenario.
SECTION 4: BRAND TERMS
4.1) The following terms are trademark and property of Zeky Enterprises Inc.:
"Cult Builder", "Cult Builders", "Cult-Building", "Cult Builders Live", "Cult Builders Live Summit", "Cult Builders Summit"
You are not permitted to purchase domain names using these terms, or place any paid ads bidding on these terms on Google or any other platform. Doing so will disqualify you from our affiliate program.
SECTION 5: TERMINATION & SUSPENSION
5.1) Zeky Enterprises Inc. reserves the right to terminate this affiliate agreement at any time if we believe you've violated any of the terms of this agreement.
SECTION 6: APPLICABLE LAW
6.1) This agreement is subject to the laws in the jurisdiction of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
6.2) It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with all applicable laws, FTC endorsement guidelines, GDPR, and/or any other laws your promotional efforts are subject to.
6.3)You agree to indemnify and hold harmless and defend Zeky Enterprises Inc., Zeky Enterprises Inc. Member(s), officers and employees from and against all claims and suits by third parties for damages, losses, and expenses including court costs and reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of, or resulting from, Vendor’s performance under this Agreement, including all such causes of action based upon common, constitutional, or statutory law, or based in whole or in part, upon allegations of negligent or intentional acts on the part of the Vendor, its officers, employees, agents, subcontractors, licensees, or invitees. Parties found liable shall pay their proportionate share of damages as agreed by the parties or as ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction over the case.
6.4) Any clauses or parts of this agreement that are unenforceable under the law will be nullified, but that will not nullify the remaining parts of this agreement.
